We
were commissioned to build a panel for testing low voltage motors from
forklift trucks.
Having been given a list of motors as an example, and told that there would be more at other specifications, we chose a 5.5/7.5kW Yaskawa V1000 inverter, CIMR-VC4A0018FAA, and fed the output into a transformer that would drop the voltage to the required level.
Once it was complete one of our engineers took the panel to the customer's site and installed it, we also supplied free software that could store the parameters of various motor types, which the engineer installed on their laptop and demonstrated.
We have built many panels for test purposes in the past,
including one for testing Pendolino
train motors.
